What a special week it has been at La Farge Schools as students, staff, and community pulled together for a common cause in #FaithStrong. For the 8th consecutive year, the La Farge Lions Club has donated $100 to each class to give to a cause of their choosing. This amazing opportunity for service learning had huge impact this year. After unanimous votes at each level for Faith and her family, our student community rallied to build upon this gift through a variety of fundraisers and events. This morning at the assembly, the La Farge Lions Club and student groups presented Faith's family with a $5000 check, and the students were surprised with a special virtual visit from Faith! There was not a dry eye in the gym. We are proud of our #WildcatNation for warming hearts on this chilly Valentine's Day.
