La Farge Schools and Kickapoo Valley Forest School will be closed on Wednesday, 12/10/25.
Due to weather and road conditions, La Farge Schools will open after a 2-Hour Delay for Wednesday, December 10.
Middle school boys have a home game tonight!! Game time is 6pm.
The Foods for Life class is learning about different proteins and different ways to prepare them. For one of their labs this week they got to make Lemon Garlic Marinade Chicken Kabobs.
Any music student in grades 6-12 that would like to do some Christmas Caroling is invited to join us tomorrow, December 6 , as we go caroling at the KVR. We will meet in the band room at 1:35 pm, head to the KVR and begin caroling at 2 pm and head back to school by 3:00 pm. Please join us if you can! 🎷🥁🎺⛄️🎄
La Farge Community Blood Drive sponsored by the La Farge National Honor Society is Friday, December 19th . The drive runs from 11 AM to 4 PM at the La Farge Community Center. There are still donation spots available if you would like to donate. You can visit redcrossblood.org to schedule an appointment. Each donor will receive a long-sleeved Red Cross T-shirt while supplies last. Every unit collected helps build a scholarship for the NHS Seniors.

At La Farge Elementary's most recent PBIS Assembly, these students were recognized for having a growth mindset. Students have been learning that having a growth mindset means that if they work hard at something, and do not give up, they will get better at it. This is the attitude that we want to promote for all of our students.

✅ Phase 0.5 (Flooring) — Funded 9/30
✅ Phase 1 (Half Racks + Accessories) — Funded 10/23
🎉 Phase 1 equipment has officially been ordered!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has donated so far—your support means everything! Our students have already started painting the new space so the flooring can be installed and the new equipment can move in. Phase 1 is expected to arrive the week of December 1st, and the excitement is REAL! 💪
Up next: more racks, bars, accessories, and additional equipment. Check out the attached flyer to see what’s coming in the next phases!

Today we served one of our students’ favorite meals of the year—our Thanksgiving lunch! To make it extra special, we rearranged the tables so our middle and high school students could enjoy a family-style lunch together.
Between bites of turkey and all the fixings, students spent time chatting, laughing, and writing what they’re thankful for right on the tablecloths. 💛
It was a warm, fun reminder of the community we’re grateful to be part of every day.
