Congratulations to the softball team for their win over North Crawford tonight!

There are so many exciting things happening in 1st grade! We have been patiently waiting for our eggs to hatch! On April 11th, the first graders helped place some eggs into an incubator, learned about correct temperature/humidity and began the 21 day countdown. Hopefully the eggs will hatch this week! Once hatched, the chicks will hang out in the 1st grade classroom for a couple days till they head to their new homes. Shout out to Debbie and David Smith for giving us this opportunity!!!

They toured the facility and were excited to see the recent remodeling and renovations. They are escorted by John Madden, our current Facilities Manager, Todd Camlek, MS/HS Principal, and Bonita Dorscheid, who taught math at LHS between 1977 and 2009.

Her painting will hang in Van Orden's district office in La Crosse for a year. Grace Nemec received honorable mention as well for her watercolor. La Farge submitted 11 of the 25 pieces and was one of the four high schools represented. Congratulations to all!

The 3rd Grade students have been learning about call numbers in the Fiction and Everybody sections of the library. Students had the opportunity to work in groups to find books with call numbers from these sections of the library. Being able to find their own books helps students gain their independence in the library.

Congratulations to these Middle School students for making the honor roll for the 3rd Quarter! (Not pictured: Faith N. and Macie F.)
