We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our guest speaker Dano Lotz for sharing his inspirational story with us. His journey of overcoming Muscular Dystrophy and the positive impact of strength training and Crossfit on his life is truly remarkable. His story serves as a powerful reminder of resilience, courage, and the importance of perseverance in the face of challenges. We are grateful for his time, insights, and willingness to inspire our Wildcat Nation. Thank you, Dano Lotz, for sharing your story and motivating us to strive for greatness despite the obstacles we may face.
