LFSD is looking for some temporary help in our transportation department. No CDL required- these are routes run with district vehicles (van or car), taking individual or small groups of students to and from schools in other towns.
Morning and afternoon routes are available!

12:30 - 3:30ish La Farge - La Crosse round trip with one stop in Viroqua
$16.50/hour
Minimal requirements- Drivers license and background check required.

LFSD has been informed that an individual who was in attendance at the indoor Homecoming event on Saturday, October 9th has since tested positive for COVID-19.
People that could be identified as close contacts to that individual have already been notified.
Due to the nature and size of the event, it is advised that all those who attended the event should monitor symptoms in the coming days.

Even though we make a special effort to show our appreciation in October, their contribution is a year-round commitment.

The community of the School District of La Farge passed a referendum in the Fall of 2020 to support facilities upgrades and improvements. As part of this project, an interior designer worked with the school to develop a color scheme and design plan for the school that would help the different parts of the building feel more cohesive. Using this plan, our custodial staff used paint from Nelson Agricenter True Value over the summer. Students came back to school to see hallways brightened by new paint that promotes school spirit! #Truevalueofyouth
