Another great thing about teaching and learning in a 4K - 12 building- collaboration! This week Mrs. Palmer's Infant & Child Development class visited Ms. Grainger's 4K class to support a math lesson. Older students helped their younger counterparts sort items by color, graph the results, and explore concepts of more and less. #EveryStudentEveryDay

Elementary Spring Fine Arts Night will be live streamed on the La Farge YouTube channel at 6 pm and 7 pm.

Here is 2nd grade in our “new” classroom in the 1901 building. 🙂Each day after lunch recess we work on our math fact fluency on Reflex Math. Mrs. Jacobson was able to get a grant for this fun and engaging program. We are working hard on addition and subtraction facts. A few students are already 100% fluent and are now working on multiplication and division! 📚

Congratulations to the La Farge Athletes and their All- Conference recognitions!

The Kindergarten class has been working hard on their handwriting! This week, the class made sensory bags to practice letter formation in a new and fun way. The Kindergarteners love learning through sensory activities such as writing in shaving cream, creating with Play-Doh, and now the new gel bags!
